Today, I am experiencing a lot of physical pain. It reminds me of how I often I have taken my health for granted. When I am better, I will enjoy life more. I am not talking about going to an exotic location or running a marathon.
Simply, I want to take a walk and enjoy the park that is adjacent to my home or have a laugh (and cocktails) with a close friend over dinner. I have let my daily activities become consumed with work and the needs of others that I fear life is passing me.
